Sleeping easy is another natural sleeping product using Melatonin as an active ingredient. Like Melatrol, it also combines the use of melatonin with a blend of herbal relaxants to help the user wind down and get to sleep.
Sleeping easy is a unique treatment in that it consists of pills to take at night, and another additional treatment to take during the day. Our testers were divided on this feature, some found it gimmicky and unnecessary, while others liked the daytime/night time pill combination, as it helped with some light hangover symptoms the next day.
